1. Open Thunderbird (Click Start then Programs and choose Thunderbird)
2. Click Write (top left)
3. If the Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) box is not displayed, click the Down Arrow below the To: box, and from the dropdown list that appears, choose Bcc.
4. The Bcc box that should now have appeared: We are ready to get onto the next step
