Website design

Using high-end web/graphics software, Macromedia, each site is hand-coded (not built from a template). We use XHTML, CSS and elements of JavaScript in the construction of your website, aiming at fast load times for each page.

Contact forms (users can email you directly from your website) can be created if required.

We will tailor-build your website to suit you or your business. We are happy to work with specific design features that you specify - alternatively, we will build the website, show it to you and then have you make requests for various alterations so you can have that personalised, unique edge.

Your website: your website

The whole idea of getting a website made is that it will do what you want it to, and look the way you want it to.

The way we plan to achieve this is that upon agreeing for us to make your website, you will email us with a written description of what you need. You will also outline a few points of features that you would like to see in your new website. You are also encouraged to include links to other websites, mentioning what part of that website you like, so that we can get a better idea of what you are envisaging in your mind.

Website hosting & domain name

The cost of hosting your website will start at $8 per month. Your unique domain name will cost just $31.50 per year. We will arrange these for you initially, and then hand over the billing details and accounts once your site is up and running.

We have done the research and found that Open Host provides the most affordable and reliable web-site hosting, and that Discount Domains provides the most cost-effective domain names, with excellent customer service.

Website maintenance

When you want extra features, more pages, or updated content on your website, we can do this for you. Whether your website has been created by us - or another company, we are happy to perform maintenance and content-updating on your existing website.

Coming soon: content management system: our customers will be able to update their websites themselves through a simple web-based application - this option saves both money and time, however some computer-experience is required.

logo design

We can help you design a unique logo for your business or website. This will often be a part of creating your website, however we can also create logos as a seperate service if you wish.

Logo design fee: $199
Includes all the files you need to make business cards, letter-headers, etc, in various sizes and formats.  Our customers usually require a logo for their new website, and there is no additional cost for integrating your new logo into your website.

We are extremely flexible on pricing. If you wish, we can tailor a package to meet your needs and budget. We will work with you until you are happy with the finished website. Our number one concern is doing the job right, first time round.

The specifications below are indicitave only. Our customers end up with a specially tailored package, suited to them or their business. Extra pages, graphics, or time taken in creation of your website will result in an additional fee. We will finalise your fee before design begins. If, during design, you decide that you would like some more custom graphics, photos, or extra pages, then we will discuss that at that time.

A deposit of $100 is payable before we begin designing your website will be required. Upon completion of the website, you will be required to pay the balance. Following this, the website uploaded to the server and at this time, we will hand over the web-hosting and domain-hosting accounts.
